Insurance and Fees

I believe lactation support should be easy to find and affordable while safeguarding the appropriate value of my expertise and time.

• I am in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare. Please double check your coverage. Be aware that, as is typical for lactation visits, both the baby and the lactating parent will be billed for the initial visit and any follow-up visits. Prenatal and Pump Fitting appointments will be billed to the lactating parent only. Self-pay rates are about 20% lower than what is billed directly to insurance.

• If you can’t make use of your insurance, you will be expected to pay the self-pay rate. You will get a Superbill after payment to submit to your insurance. I can not guarantee that you will be reimbursed; please check with your insurance about out-of-network coverage. Payment plans are available.
